Hi Dean,
Thanks for your overview of the technology you use, it really was an eye opener - seems to be the sort of things DPI should be embracing not only for external clients, but for faciliating internal communication. I can see heaps of applications for our group alone.
Anyway, I've had a go at the challenge:
Downloaded and listened to an ABC podcast - the health report talking about how food manufacturers are helping the obesity epidemic along by the inclusion of fructose in a huge range of products.
Watched a clip on YouTube - a bit slow on the home computer - buffalo attacking lions, which attacked buffalo, crocodile gets involved etc
Had a look at a few blogs, tried to leave a message on Mal Turnbull's re. his lovely red speedos - but couldn't work out how - maybe it's not allowed?

Hi Dean
i am going for part marks. The workshop was a great intro - being comfortable using those things will take some time.
- Listened to Dr Karl on triple J talking about albatroses travelling 8,000 km to feed their young.
- Tried to watch a chasers war video but pulled out when it asked for my dpi username and password.
- Found an interesting blog of an extreme sport chap kayaking off huge waterfalls, climbing cliffs etc No message left, leaving this message instead.

Thanks for your input at the workshop, it was great to meet you & to see some cool Web 2.0 technologies.

I will try to submit an entry in your competition as I'm rapidly becoming hooked on WIKI's. I've been meaning to work my way through the items on your list, but after your presentation I had a good look at iGoogle & I've been totally absorbed finding and adding useful gadgets and services ever since. There are some great tools available in there!

Anyway, thanks again for exposing us to some excellent technologies.

A power user like yourself should be able to come up with something spectacular. Maybe we could let it sneak through if you have a good podast and online video to share.
